Pure relaxation at this stunning guesthouse!
"We loved Cape Vermeer and our host Richard so much that we ended up staying 3 separate times during our vacation in South Africa. Truly the best place to stay if you need to relax and make a "home away from home". Every detail of Cape Vermeer has been thought about to the nth degree and you can really tell in the quality and service that you will experience. There are not enough superlatives to describe how wonderful, genuine, professional and thoughtful the host and owner Richard is. Only way to find out is to experience it for yourself. I already miss the views, the pool and sitting in the lounge watching the colours change down towards Gordons Bay and False Bay. Staying at Cape Vermeer will be a yearly tradition for us. Excited to return."

"A beautiful guesthouse in Somerset West with great views and very tasteful decor. The service from Richard was incredibly attentive. The restaurant recommendations were all excellent and Richard made reservations for us! Breakfast was lovingly prepared in a picnic basket and freshly cooked. Rooms: 5/5. Service: 5/5 Location: 5/5"
