Each Deluxe Apartment features a generous open-plan layout and measures 87 square meters in size. The elegant kitchen area is fully equipped and includes a dining table seating four. At the same time, the spacious lounge comfortably accommodates up to five adults, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the spectacular ocean views over False Bay and the Hottentots Holland Mountains.
The sleeping area offers an XL King-size bed, complemented by a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, double basins (his and hers), and a separate toilet. A dedicated wardrobe and luggage area with six full-size cupboards ensures ample storage and convenience, particularly for longer stays.

"We had a wonderful stay and are delighted with our accommodation. Not only did we feel comfortable here, but it was just excellent! Breakfast overlooking the sea is an experience that cannot be described in words. The operators are extremely friendly and will satisfy any customer request with great pleasure. "We stayed at Cape Vermeer for two weeks in November. From our arrival to our departure we enjoyed every moment there. Cape Vermeer is very well situated in a great quiet neighbourhood, the view is fantastic, access to shops and motorways is very nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and golf courses within a short distance. The room was very spacious, modern but cozy with plenty of light. Breakfast outside in the garden was a real delight, more than enough to eat and every day different dishes were prepared. We will certainly stay there again next time we are in the Cape area."
